Prior to becoming the practice manager Deborah was the Maternity Clinical Risk Manager at Whittington and Whipps Cross NHS Trusts and a community midwife at UCLH NHS.

Deborah has a wide range of business and management skills and is responsible for the practice administration, quality management system and project reviews.
