Andrew was project leader for the new headquarters for Nominet at the Oxford Science Park.

The building provides 25,000sqft of office and technical space that incorporates many low energy technologies such as passive cooling using the concrete frame, appropriate external shading, displacement ventilation and sophisticated lighting controls that turn lights off automatically when external conditions are sufficient.

The building was completed in 2007 using a design and build contract with Prupim and Magdalen College as joint developers and Feltham Construction as the main contractor.
