Muswell Hill

The house occupies a prominent site close to Alexandra Palace and is within a conservation area. Andrew Mulroy Architects Ltd were successful in achieving a hip-to-gable conversion to maximise the development. The new roof-level extension accommodates a new master bedroom, study and en-suite bathroom.

Internally the finishes are rough-stained floorboards that contrast with smooth white walls and a variety of tiled finishes. Externally the dormer is clad in a dark grey high-pressure laminate board with a large window that allows for distant views to the North.
